3] Student sub-category

Students who have graduated from any of the Saskatchewan Institutions or Canadian Institutions can apply for this program. There are divided into two categories:

👉 Students who have graduated from a Saskatchewan Institution

✔ If you have graduated with a certificate, diploma, or a degree for a recognized post-secondary educational institution in Saskatchewan, you are eligible to apply. The duration of the program must be minimum of 1 academic year with at least 8 months of study.

✔ If you have a job offers that fall into a NOC 2021 (TEER System - 0, 1, 2, 3).

👉 Students who have graduated from a Canadian Institution can apply under this program if they fulfill the below conditions:

✔ If you have graduated with a certificate, diploma, or degree from a recognized post-secondary educational institution in Canada but outside Saskatchewan. The duration of the program must be a minimum of 2 academic years with at least 16 months of study.
✔ If you have worked for at least 24 consecutive months with a minimum of 3840 hours of paid employment in Saskatchewan.
✔ If you have applied to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) to receive a post-graduation work permit, you are eligible.
✔ You should have a current full-time, permanent employment offer from an employer in Saskatchewan.
✔ Your job offer should fall into a NOC 2021 (TEER System - 0, 1, 2, 3).
✔ You should have valid SINP job approval letter.

4] Entrepreneur category

Potential business entrepreneurs who want to start their own business in Saskatchewan can apply by submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI)

✔ If they are establishing a business in Regina or Saskatoon, they should create at least two employment opportunities for Canadian citizens of the permanent residents of Saskatchewan who are not related to them.

5] Entrepreneur and Farm Category

👉 This category is for the farm owners and operators in Saskatchewan. The eligible candidates should meet the following requirements:

✔ They should make a good faith deposit of CDN $75,000 which is a refundable amount.
✔ They can exhibit marketable employment skills,
✔ They should have a net worth of CDN $500,000
