The latest Survey of Statistics Canada compares the Outcomes for STEM immigrants in Canada and the U.S. Which country has better Outcomes for STEM immigrants - Canada or the U.S? Statistics Canada recently conducted a study in which the economic outcomes of STEM-educated immigrants were compared for Canada and the U.S. There are a significant number of immigrants in both Canada and the U.S. who are in the age bracket of 25 to 64 and have a minimum education of STEM - science, technology, engineering, mathematics - field. The qualitative survey is based on data from 2016 in Canada and U.S. data from 2015 to 2017. In both countries, the immigrants gained more STEM education than the Natives, but the people from the U.S. saw better outcomes in general. On 15th October 2020, there were 772 Express Entry applicants selected in the Ontario PNP Tech Pilot Draw. The Comprehensive Ranking System(CRS) score was set between 462 and 470. Ontario conducts New Tech Draw - Invites 772 Express Entry Applicants In the Latest Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) draw, the province issued 772 invites to candidates with relevant work experience in one of the six tech occupations. The previous Ontario PNP Draw was held on August 26 and invited 703 applicants. The targeted Notifications of Interest (NOIs) were issued in the Express Entry Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream.
