On 15th October 2020, there were 772 Express Entry applicants selected in the Ontario PNP Tech Pilot Draw. The Comprehensive Ranking System(CRS) score was set between 462 and 470.
In the Latest Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) draw, the province issued 772 invites to candidates with relevant work experience in one of the six tech occupations. The previous Ontario PNP Draw was held on August 26 and invited 703 applicants.
The targeted Notifications of Interest (NOIs) were issued in the Express Entry Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream. For selection in the Tech Draw, the Express Entry candidates require a Comprehensive Ranking System(CRS) score that is between 462 and 470.
It is the fourth Tech Draw of Ontario in 2020. Before this, the Ontario's Tech Pilot draw was conducted on 29th July, and it was the biggest tech draw so far where 1,288 Express Entry candidates got NOIs.
The six tech occupations in which the applicants should also have work experience for selection are:

Having a valid job offer is not mandatory for selection under this category but having work experience in the relevant category is essential. The shortlisted appellants should also have a profile in the Express Entry.
The selected appellants have 45 days to submit the documents for assessment. They are also or eligible for 600 extra CRS points in the federal express entry program calculation. The candidates have a sure chance on the program specific express entry draws, which were highly active in 2020.
The applicants who want to get selected in the OINP Tech draw should have a profile in Express Entry System.
For the OINP Tech Pilot Program, the applicants are pulled from the Express Entry pool. After the completion of the process, the candidates are allowed to settle in Technological careers.
