On September 2, Manitoba province invited 602 immigration candidates for a provincial nomination. The applicants will get a nomination from the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. The candidates were selected from three streams of the province, and the demarcation is as follows:
There are even 101 Letters of Advice to Apply issued to Express Entry candidates. With the latest draw, there were 7,391 invitations to PNP candidates in 2021 so far.
Express Entry System is a skilled worker selection system for permanent residency for three federal high-skilled immigration programs: the Canadian Experience Class, the Federal Skilled Worker Program, and the Federal Skilled Trades Program.
It is a point-based selection system and the applicants who achieve the minimum CRS score are selected for immigration and are sent the ITA.
A provincial nomination means the applicant is eligible for 600-point in the federal score calculation. The applicant can start the process by Submitting a profile in the Express Entry pool.

In Skilled Workers in Manitoba category, having a full-time job offer from a provincial employer is mandatory. International graduates receive an invitation under the International Education Stream if they have skills in high-demand occupations and have completed their education from Manitoba.
