The latest Express Entry draw got announced on 12 August 2019 with the minimum CRS required of 466 points. This means applicants with a CRS score of 466 points or more are eligible for Canada Permanent Residency(PR). A total of 3600 candidates were selected in the latest draw.

The CRS score required this time was 11 points higher than the cut off the requirement of the last draw released on 24 July in which the minimum score asked was 459 points. Also, since the previous three draws, there has been a consistent number of ITAs sent, which is 3600. The total number of ITAs sent so far in 2019 is 52,500. Just like the other times, a tie break rule was applied for the Draw of 6 August 2019 at 12: 14: 53 UTC
Alberta has been on fire with invitations being sent at high speed. In the latest Draw of the province, there were 354 applications invited. Before this, on July 31 there were 319 NOIs sent to express entry candidates with a CRS score of 400 and above. This time, however, the CRS score required is 352 from the applicants.
The express entry applicants who meet the stream eligibility are invited to apply for the Alberta Provincial Nominee Program. The Alberta Province has had 27 draws very quickly, and 5382 NOIs have been issued to settle in the province so far. The cities like Calgary and Edmonton are among the most popular places of settling. The good part of the Provincial Nomination is that there is no need for a job offer for relocation.
Further, another feather in the cap is that the provincial nomination’s draw score requirement is low than the Express Entry CRS cut off. The CRS score requirement on July 10 was 425 points, which was the highest CRS Score requirement so far and It was very less than the 10 July Express Entry Draw cut off of 466 Points.
The province of Saskatchewan in the latest draw has invited 150 applicants in Express Entry and Occupation in-demand category. The minimum score requirement is 78 points.

For being eligible in Occupation in demand and express Entry stream, the applicant should have experience in one of the 19 professions listed in Occupation in-demand in Saskatchewan. In 2019, there have been 1789 invitations sent in Occupation in-demand category and 1315 invitations in express entry stream.
