New Brunswick has eased the immigration process to the province. Now, the applicants will receive an invitation to apply for a provincial nomination from New Brunswick whether they have registered in the Expression of Interest (EOI) or not. The new approach of selecting candidates directly from the express entry pool is considered in response to the provincial labor market needs.
The applicants who are selected for the provincial nomination they are eligible for 600 extra points in the Express Entry system. Almost all the provinces of Canada are linked to the express entry system.
The candidates selected for New Brunswick from the Express Entry account will have to meet the eligibility requirements of NBPNP’s Express Entry labor market Stream. The new approach introduced by New Brunswick will consider the expression of interest (EOI) based invitations issued through EELMS.
