In the 93rd provincial draw of Manitoba province, 125 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA)S were given to candidates. The candidates were invited under the Skilled Workers in Manitoba, Skilled Workers Overseas, and International Education stream categories.

The ranking score of the lowest-ranked Candidate under Skilled Workers In Manitoba 475. For Skilled Workers Overseas, it was 816.
To be selected in the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP), the applicant should have a profile in the Manitoba province and submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) in either the skilled workers in Manitoba or Skill workers Overseas category. The points are calculated out of 1000, and the applicants who are capable of addressing the economic needs are selected. If the candidate is overseas, he/she needs to have ties with Manitoba, such as a close family already living in Manitoba. In the skilled workers category one should have a full time and Permanent Job offer in Manitoba.
