It is the most significant draw of this year, in which 4,500 got selected for Canada immigration through the Express Entry System.
In the latest express entry draw announced on 19 February 2020, a large number of invites were issued. 4,500 Express Entry candidates were invited. The Minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score requirement was 470 points. It means all those candidates who secured 470 points or above they were shortlisted for the Canadian permanent residency status.
The CRS score requirement is two points lower than the CRS score required in the last draw of 2 February, in which 472 points were asked for a selection.

It was the fourth draw of the year 2020, and with this draw, the total number of ITAs issued this year has reached 14,800. The target invites for this year is set at 85,800. Meeting the target requirement means that a large number of invites will be issued throughout the year. Just like all the other draws, the tie break rule was applied in this draw as well. The tie break was from 13 January at 10: 52: 52 UTC.
All those candidates who were unable to meet the point score requirement should not lose hope as they can apply through the Provincial Nominee Program(PNP) for immigration to Canada. There are nine provinces of Canada, and two territories, and the stream of selection have their selection criteria. All those candidates who got selected through the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) are eligible for 600 points in the Express Entry system.
