A large number of applications have been invited by IRCC this time as well. However, there has been a consistency seen in the CRS score is over 470 in the last few draws.
In the latest express entry draw announced by the government of Canada on 27 November, there 3600 candidates invited for Canada PR status. The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System(CRS) score required in the draw was 471. It is one point lower than the CRS score asked on 13 November was the required CRS score was 472.
The Key highlights of the Express Entry Draw:
The Tie break rule for this draw was applied on 11 November 2019 at 6:29:10 UTC. It means all the candidates with the CRS score of 471, and they had submitted their application before the specified date and time they were shortlisted for selection. With the latest draw, the number of Express Entry candidates who have received the ITA this year has reached 78900. It means the IRCC is only 11,000 invites short of the desired target of 89,800 in 2019. Even though the target will be met or not, there will still be an increase of invites from 2018, which was 81,400. The Provincial Nomination Program (PNP) has also witnessed an increase from 61000 to 67,800.
Under these circumstances, it cannot be an undermined speculation that the year 2020 is going to a much bigger year in Express Entry and PNP selection.
