The EE draw was conducted on September 1, and the CRS score requirement for selecting applicants was 764. It means the applicants with the 764 point score were shortlisted for the Draw.

The appellants selected for Provincial nomination are given 600 additional points in the subsequent express entry draw score calculation. The Tiebreak rule for this Draw was applied before April 12, 2021, at 12:21:45 UTC. A tie break rule is an administrative requirement, and it is announced for every Draw.

IRCC is still processing applications for CEC candidates from January; therefore the applicants might experience delays. This delay is happening due to the limited capacity of processing the applications. As of March 26, IRCC had removed the progress bar on all Express Entry applicants’ online accounts. It has brought about some processing chances.
However, IRCC has doubled the number of Invitations to Apply (ITAs) this year. So far, in 2021, IRCC has sent out 106,414 ITAs, and the target is at 108,500 newcomers through the Express Entry system in 2021.
