In the latest Express entry draw announced on March 4, 2020, Canada invited 3900 with a Comprehensive Ranking System score of 471. It means all those candidates who secured 471 points or above they were shortlisted for the Canada permanent residency status.

The Comprehensive Ranking Score (CRS) required in the at least draw announced on 4th march was 471 points, which is one point more than the CRS score needed in the earlier draw of February 19 in which the required CRS score was 470. Two weeks ago, there were 4500 candidates invited in the most significant draw held by Canada.
The target immigration for the year 2020 is 85,800, and it was the fifth draw of the year in which there have already been 18,700 invitations issued. It seems to be a promising year ahead with a large number of invites being sent out. Just like the other draws, there was a tie break rule applied this year as well, which was set on February 24 at 06:02: 57 UTC. It means all the applicants who reviewed before the designated time and date were considered in the draw.
Apart from the express entry selection, the provincial nominee program has also been active in inviting applicants for immigration to Canada. The applicant who relocates through the provincial nominee program will get 600 extra points in the Express entry system.
