In the newest express entry draw, which was released on 29 April 2020, there were 589 candidates invited in the draw with the Comprehensive Ranking System score(CRS) of 692. Here the candidates were selected from the provincial nomination category that means they already had 600 Bonus points form their provincial nomination selection. Thus, the basic score requirement for the applicant was CRS 92 points only. This is a very low selection CRS score and provided a bright chance to aspiring candidates.

It is one of the lowest CRS score requirements for a Provincial Nomination Program specific express entry draw. Before this, the provincial nomination specific draw was conducted on 9 April, and the CRS score required was 698. Despite the Corona Virus pandemic, it has started as a great year for the express entry. The first quarter of 2020 has invited a lot of candidates, which is far more than the applicants in the previous two years.
Since 18 March, 2020 there have been seven entry draws, and the candidates have been invited in provincial nominee program-specific draws and also in the Canadian experience class categories. The last express entry Draw was held on 16 April 2020 and in which the Comprehensive Ranking System Score requirement was 455 points, which is the lowest requirement of 2020 so far. April has been a good month when it comes to invites as there are already 8389 candidates invited in the month of April in Canada through Draws.
It was the 12th draw of the year 2020, and with this draw the total number of ITAs issued this year has reached 30,989. There was a tie break rule which was applied from 11 March 2020 at 13: 46: 21. It means the candidates who have submitted their application on or before the stipulated time and date they were shortlisted for immigration.
