On June 2nd, 2020, The provincial nomination draw of British Columbia PNP was held in which 279 candidates were selected for immigration. Out of this, 241 candidates were shortlisted from the skilled worker and International Graduate category under the Express Entry BC and Skills Immigration. There were 29 invitations issued under the entrepreneur Immigration base category.

To be selected in the Express Entry linked BC category, the applicant should have a profile in the Canada express entry system. The invitation will be provided based on meeting the comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score of the applicant. The selected applicant will be eligible for 600 bonus points in the Federal express entry system as well.

For the Entrepreneur Immigration base category, the selection cut off score was set at 121. The purpose of the draw was to help the established entrepreneurs to start a venture in Canada or take over a new one. There were also nine invitations shared with people under the Entrepreneur Immigration - Regional Pilot Category. The score of selection for it was set at 118 points.
