The applicants who have registered an Expression of Interest(EOI) under the Arima portal they will be issued invitations under the Quebec Skilled Worker’s Program(QSWP) soon. The Arima portal was introduced last year to manage the applications.
There have been 1,00,000 EOIs being issued since the time Arima Portal has been launched. The EOI system launched replaces the first come First serve basis system of Quebec Skilled Workers Program (QSWP). For the EOI system, the candidates are allotted points based on the factors of age, language, work experience, and education, etc.

With the latest EOI draw the total number of LAAs issued in the skilled worker's category has reached 4979 in 2019. The skilled worker's stream of Manitoba invites temporary foreign workers and international student graduates who are working in Manitoba currently and have a permanent and Full-time job offer with an employer in Manitoba. Of course, the first step of the proceedings include filing for the Expression of Interest (EOI)

Now, the candidates who have received an invitation through the Quebec Skilled Workers Program will have only 60 days to apply. Earlier the timeline was 90 days, which has been reduced to 60 days.

Around the same time last year, the time to file the documents after ITA in the Express entry system was also reduced from 90 to 60 days.
In the recent Express Entry Draw announced on 26 June 2019, there were 3350 applications invited with the CRS score of 462. It means all those candidates with a score of 462 or above were shortlisted for immigration.

The cut-off requirements in this draw are three points lower than the last draw of 12 June in which 465 points were required. Before this, in the 29 May Draw as well, the high CRS score of 470 points was asked. Just like the other times, this time as well the tie break rule was applied from 11 May 2019 at 17: 40: 54. With the latest draw, the invitations issued in 2019 has reached 41,800. It is 2100 ITAs more than 2018 at the same time.
