On May 29, there were 3350 Express Entry candidates invited in the latest Express Entry  Draw.
It took a long time for the Canada Government to announce the Express Entry Draws.
The latest Draws were announced on May 29, 2019, in which 3350 candidates got an invitation. The Comprehensive Ranking System(CRS) score cut off was 470. That means all the applicants with a score of 470 or above  are eligible for the ITA.

The latest Express Entry draw – May 29, 2019
The Draw took place after 28 days. The last Express Entry Draw happened on May 1, 2019, with cut off of 450. This time not only the Draw is announced after a long wait, but there is also a considerable increase in the CRS score required. Now, the score is 20 points more i.e., 470 points. The invitations number, however, remains the same at 3350. Just like the other times, the tie break rule will be applied to this draw as well. Before this, May 15 also held a draw in which 500 candidates were invited through the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP). With the latest draw, the ITAs issued in 2019 so far has increased to 35,100. The admission target of new  Permanent Residents this year is 81,400. Now, this sudden increase in the score will have an impact on immigration in the coming days.
