The family members of the applicant will be included in the application. If everything goes successfully, then the families will be granted permanent residency.

Applicants who are ineligible for an asylum claim are excluded from applying. It will also include those people who have withdrawn their claims.

The eligibility requirements are -

  • the candidate should have claimed asylum before March 13, 2020
  • the applicant should have obtained a work permit after making an asylum claim
  • having worked in the health sector of a health institute
  • the minimum work hours should be 120 between March 13, 2020, and August 14, 2020
  • the applicant should have worked as a nurse, Nurse aide, A patient service associate, an assistant orderly or as a Home support worker
  • should have six months' experience in occupation before obtaining permanent residency
  • no criminal record or Security or health issue
