The tie-break rule in the latest Express Entry draw was set on 9th March 2020 at 13:03:40 UTC. It means the applicant with the CRS score above 472 and who had entered the Express Entry pool before the set date and Time they were shortlisted for the ITA. The Tie-break rule helps rate the candidates who have the same CRS score.
